We paid $190mil for Dargues 20months ago.
We just wrote off $135mil of that investment.
So less than 2 years after buying the asset it is now worth less than 30% of the price we paid.
The assumptions/due diligence behind the amount paid for Dargues needs accountability.
I can’t see how Dan and directors involved in that investment decision can remain.
