Tipster, would you do us other calculation on what the Convertable Notes , represent as a percentage of the shares Would be around 60 per cent , now wouldn't it ? What was it 120 CN's at $25,000 wasn't it. Interesting to watch the market cap fall below the recent 4 million dollar issue . As the share price falls , the percentage of shares rises , that the CN note holders can convert into. Very similar to how a put option works ! I was under the understanding that if you wanted to own more than 20 per cent of a listed company , you had to make an offer to the rest of the shareholders -Not just issue a Convertable Note like the board of ClZ has done , where are you ASIC?
