one thing I havent seen discussed here is what I see as the inevitable move towards smaller batteries in cars.
Consumers are conditioned to having a car ( courtesy of ice ) that can travel a long distance on one tank of fuel.
What I see is once EV's established a bit more, car companies will begin offering (urban) cars with a lower range ... maybe half to a 3rd of now.
Will be cheaper offering to those that simply never use 70%+ of their battery.
For instance in a 2 car family you could have the local runabout with a range of 120k's and one that will allow interstate travel easily.
