Most of us here would prefer a metals backed BRICs currency than the USD, but such a well supported thing doesn't exist yet. The name of something like BRICK as a currency does sound quite nice too, like something you can build a solid foundation with, something real. With nearly half the world in users built into the currency by default it should do quite well.

If they made sure BRICK was accessible over a blockchain and able to be traded anonymously with other blockchain tech then it wouldn't even matter if the sneaky central bankers tried to sanction them! You could just open your phone and get some BRICK over the internet.
