I don't see why you would expect flack for suggesting there may be a capital raising.

The recent presentation was the second time since Mr Roate joined that specific mention has been made of the possibility of making a strategic acquisition to speed up market penetration. I don't think they are just "shootin' the breeze" with this; for all the lack of specificity of what was said, I have no doubt Mr Roate has a target, or a range of targets, in mind. And whilst I do not believe a capital raise will be needed for future operations, I expect that one will indeed come to fund the acquisition that seems to be in prospect. Who knows, maybe it is that very expectation that has got the shorts salivating again. I only hope the raising is in the form of an offer to existing shareholders instead.

PS: I think the new CEO's first name is Swami with one "m".
