I think those not happy with CR mentions was as a result of the implication that it was to keep the company afloat! i.e a forced event that would drive the price lower and increase dilution.
A CR to make a strategic acquisition is an entirely different matter and one that could improve distribution would be welcomed as I have no doubt that it would be a combination of cash (hopefully from existing SH only), script and options and with attractive earn outs in script/options.
Question for those in the know - if PNV was to offer existing SH an option to purchase more in a CR would that have the potential for orgs who have let stock to our friends to call back short holdings in order to be eligible?
