The claim for MCT is bold, Just my opinion but I don't believe the court will rule in favour of MCT requests.
We will await the decision from the judge non the less and move on from that issue, My thoughts are NME directors could face a suspension or maybe a fine for the proxy vote indiscretions. It is highly unethical though for the directors to act in this way so I'm watching with interest to see what action is taken by the courts. I'm sure this has happened in the past but maybe not so much involving silks.
