Progress may still be happening even though progress report was not out today.
Progress can still happen with party B if Wacker may not be interested.
I reckon Wacker are waiting till later in the election campaign to extract maximum in the deal.
Mid 20's is a bit harsh. This co is now earning. I doubt whether it will fall much from here. It may even rise until a definite statement comes out saying Wacker are not interested.
