Well from what I can see we've touched 29c three times already. At 12:44pm, 1:09pm, and 1:15pm.
From memory, SB has made the comment in the past that if we've "tested" a price point several times, there's a good chance we may see a solid closing SP today. Perhaps GT3 has started a small trickle at 29c?
..and again at 1:30pm.
