    now thats an attitude i can totally relate to (now).my attitude now when looking to invest is, do your research, form your opinion, commit, be patient and have a clear set of goals for the investment. day to day movements and emotion have also cost me some serious coin for the long term. This genius (said in jest) bought cba and bhp at around $26.00 each and sold both at around $32.00. The theory was to take the quick profit and buy back in when the price dropped again...........still waiting haha. I knew both companies were great buys long term and just didn't show belief or patience. I suppose the best thing to come out of the experience is learning a lesson with a profit and not a loss. I take my hat off to successful day traders. i for one will be riding with mel for the long haul. who knows one day my investment in mel may be worth more than the the two investments i parted with.
