    And this is the same large holder who has been selling stock recently.

    In fact, from the 6th of June til the 5th August he sold.....knowing he was going to take legal action!!

    One could almost make a case that this selling was 'front running' or 'insider trading'.....as the legal case could be assumed to damage the share price.

    At any rate...not a good place to be .....and hard to understand why a shareholder with 90mln shares would take action like this.
