The ' Waffle ' on this forum has gone completely off the charts . And personally , I just can't cope with contributing to it any longer. Contracts this and Contracts that .......window frame wind-outs which mean diddly squat . It's all become a real BIG waste of time for me. The accusations against others and the forum is being ' Manged ' are just silly and way too much for me to redress every time they are brought up . Its Paranoia at its highest level and has just become very very boring for me now. There is only ONE poster trying to ' Manage' the narrative on this Forum , and its clearly NOT me as I have not even participated much lately.

But the FACTs of the matter are simply this :-

We can say 27 years LOM , but the reality is that after 11 years , there is no overburden on the NAL PFS calcs from year 2033 which tells you most of the spod is coming at increased depth and most likely from underground operations. Li grades also drop measurably from around 2042 at NAL with tonnages dropping 33.3% from 2039 and another average 20% on top of that from years 2040 through 2048.

And this is all irrespective of the contributing ore from Authier's open pit operation.

So if you take the ' in year ' 6 obligation from 2022 or even 2021 from the time Sayona & Piedmont agreed these terms with Quebec you're looking at midway through 2026 and then would be left with only 5 or so year left of quality ore at economical tonnages being provided by SYAQ unless they can secure additional ore input from another reasonably and strategically placed Partner. And I'm not talking Tansim.

So whatever Sayona does now in terms of further bolt on acquisitions which Piedmont may or may not be included in is almost more important than the NAL operation itself.

So I m personally looking for another M&A or acquisition / significant JV transaction happening sooner than later to bolster Sayona's preferred HUB feeds. And this could be Abitibi as much as it could be the Norther Hub.

Should this happen , and I think it will , this would leaves significant room for Sayona to bargain its way into revising its current relationship with Piedmont.

Bottom line is that I agree with Split in that ALL these points and the compulsory move to Chemicals production would definitely render the current LOM agreement almost meaningless as it presently stands.

In my opinion , and with Livent being US based as well with its connections and significant holder stake in Nemaska , is that Quebec has the US participants backed into a corner. ie it is far more likely that Livent and Nemaska tie up with Sayona on refining in Quebec than it is with Piedmont. And that is a BIG problem for Piedmont. How do they retain their lucrative position they claim to have in Quebec without endorsing and co-partnering with Sayona or indeed going it alone in Quebec with ALSO some bolt on acquisitions which I have discussed in many previous posts.

So that's all from me folks as I don't have much time now to engage in any further discussions on Hot Copper . It's been quite a ride - some of which I have enjoyed immensely , and some which I have not . I wish you the very best of luck in ALL your investing careers.

This is unfortunately the time I had spoken to you all about several times previously. It has come , and I am embracing it with welcoming arms.

My final comments would go something like this : - I wouldn't be budging in the slightest , or even consider making any moves on my Sayona investments until my price targets of 75 - 80 cents are met , and even then , if met , I would have to strongly reassess at that time. - And to be true to my word people , I haven't given ONE DOLLAR of brokerage business to that broker I spoke of several months ago with their bogus ' ponzi ' ' boiler room ' stock advice recommendations.

And I think they know who they are now and will just be letting them stew indefinitely over why I haven't spoken to them or exchange emails with them since then.
