But what do you mean? Why does the company lending money ($3m) to boost cash holding or cover operating expenses look like a good sign? How does the company lending money to cover expenses 'indicate significant growth to materialize'?
Note, not disagreeing or disputing... just trying to understand what exactly you mean by this, please
