    Lordolean,

Good Question. If one looks at the NRZ website it does explain this I believe, The Main reason that they have the advantage to my knowledge is the fact that there is no potable groundwater that can be contaminated!.
It is far from the Telford basin that covers a lot of Australia, and of course there are many other basins that farmers and towns draw from.

It is very unique in this situation. Making it a target of many disgruntled shareholders that hold the completions shares that are closing down, or have been closed down. For those that bought in for sub $0.08 it was a Bargain and we are very very happy. But having said that no matter the price you paid in the past 24 months you will be very happy if you hold for a few years or 30. Not a day traders dream. `(Well some persist lol.)

I believe from my bad memory that the ratio is 6 natural gas to 1 of syngas. OMG how good is that a constant price of syngas, electricity etc for 30 years. No market influence whatsoever!
Of course labor and other items will go higher , but the gas and electricity will hardly change. they are both the most expensive ingredients! Or in other words if they go up by 30% the price of Urea will be off the charts! they are relative to each other.

A bit long winded reply my apologies, but some newbies would appreciate it I believe.

Go to the website, Google U tube videos to watch many informative videos.

    DYOR.

    Regards Go Nuts.
    All my own opinion.
