The point remains that all we are constantly saying that is happening behind the scene, is only speculations, our own ideas, and what we'd like to happen. Nothing has been confirmed, nor denied, by the company to the market at large and it's shareholders. And that, to me, is absolutely wrong.
To retain shareholder base and create interest at large, the company has to contribute as well. That is basics.
Otherwise we are left wide open for someone to get advantage of us with a cheap T/O offer (If there is ever going to be one). And believe me, if that will ever happen, there is a good change that a fair few shareholders will accept that offer and move on, simply because of what has been going on.
Don't forget that it is not necessary to achieve 100% ownership of a company to be successful in a T/O situation. 50% plus 1 share is enough to get control of it, and then starve it and mothballing it, until they reach their own objectives.
What then...
