Great find luvsfootie,
and after a read, i am even more comfortable that the JV is going to have FP as commercial. I have left several interesting points that i have gathered from the review.

1. "Determining the fluid properties can be important in any reservoir, but it plays a vital role in gas-condensate reservoirs...plays a major role in estimates for the sales potential of both gas and liquid, which are needed to size surface processing facilities (i.e. infrastructure)".

2. "Key aspects for gas-condensate reservoirs and their effective productivity lies in the pressure readings and the effective management of condensate blockage (i.e. they need to avoid liquid buildup which would subsequently lead to higher production rates)".

3. "The first step in evaluating the productivity of gas-condensate reservoirs lies in the proper understanding of the fluids and how they flow in the reservoir (i.e. the main reasons the JV is taking their time to evaluate this prospect for future drilling plans and infrastructure development)".

Comments: From reading the document, it is obvious the reasons behind the JV's cautious nature in this phase of the testing. The longer they take to understand the well and its relevant characteristics (i.e. fluid pressures, fluid dynamics, condensate etc), the better their understanding and consequently leading to a more fruitful investment for all investors.
