    i am completely lost on this matter.
    If the proposal is 0.75$ per share, and we get 1 share for every 10 shares of ISX, does it mean 0.75 is equal to 0.075?
    So if someone was holding 10k worth of share @1.07, they could sell them all for like $700 dollars?
