Might be worth having a look through his time at Jerviois.

I had a quick look, he was appointed as CEO in Nov 16 based on some shareholder action (SP around 4c) in a caretaker role.

He was replaced Sep 2017 and stayed on as Non-exec (SP rallying over 20c).

He resigned Jun 2019 soon after a number of cobalt acquisitions (SP back down to 20c after highs of 60c - could be commodity price related).

There were strategic reviews, funding rounds and mergers and acquisitions during his tenure. M&A specifically soon before he left, i.e. maybe he was there for the turn around and left once it was done (large assumption on my part there).

Warning: I did not read the detail, just scrolled through announcements. However, I am cautiously optimistic regarding this appointment.

Mostly IMO, please DYOR and GLTAH. If anyone does some research on this, would be keen to hear the findings.
