I think the takeover wasn't wise at all, MCT has openly admitted the relationship between the two boards is toxic. What is the point of owning 51% of 5% if all involved cannot move forward with the projects?

My belief is that MCT will never have to offer another TO. The incompetence and lack of governance, coupled with an obvious lack of shareholder support, will eventually cause the possibility of a delisting of the Folly.
