I am not in seed but the con note. Coversion is ~13.5c. teh above implies about 3.5m shares will not be escrowed and I am confident that of that 75% would be in safe hands. Then it comes down to whetehr any of them are willing to sell sub IPO price. If so, possibly need like $150k on listing day to absorb.. Not a lot!
