    I guess when you have a mining job coming up down the road from Adelaide you have a lot to offer to the cream of the crop of career mine workers.

    Giving them the heads up on whats coming and time to make themselves available makes a lot of sense.

    HGO is in a much better position than OZ minerals to attract a first class workforce.
