Ann: Ellume Statement, page-43

Whilst I sympathise with Ellume staff in Australia , this news is GREAT news for ADO

We now stand alone in Australia as the only local company that can support Labour's plans for sovereign manufacturing of RAT's

And their is a Jobs summit going on as we speak !

If our trial data is sorted this month and we get TGA approval in October I would be very surprised if we do not get federal funding (as promised before the election) to set up our own manufacturing in QLD and secure some form of commitment to supply some RAT's to the nations stockpile.

As for Ellume , they will continue to operate in the US but will have to re-negotiate our supply agreement. We may have been on " mates rates" previously but given they have not been paying their invoices and have amounts outstanding , we will be playing hardball this time.

Remember , Without us they have no product and start again from scratch ! What an enviable position to enter negotiations from.

I am not sure what level of sales we will achieve at this stage of the pandemic but we get a bigger slice of the pie with another competitor gone.

Whilst our track record is disgraceful in executing anything to a positive outcome to this point , I have some comfort that our Chairman and new MD can do a better job with opportunities that fall our way from this point on.
