Or as Warren Buffett once said "Stopped tech analysis when I turned charts upsidedown, got the same answer". Charts have a role in characterising trends but the more dynamic the situation, the less relevance e.g. biotechs and mining juniors IMHO.
PRR is very well placed given their approval progress and would seem to be just a matter of time...
