I wonder what impact the Pressure groups have on Investment by Super Funds in the Fossil Fuel space. I read that one of the funds is being sued because it invests in Santos. Extrapolate The impact that has on CVN and I think that is the answer to its SP (lack) of performance. The market is telling us that CVN is a dead duck as a company. If Santos decides not to advance the fortunes of CVN then who will? Santos itself is undervalued in normal market terms. However if large funds are selling out of the Fossil fuel space where are the buyers going to come from? The upside appears to be limited and I am not sure how CVN survives. Fortunately I turned this company into a free roll but for me this stock has gone from a sure winner to a 50/50 proposition...maybe the odds are not even that good. Hindsight will be 20/20 vision on this one.
