    Ok so your tone will change then if the courts determine the audit was done incorrectly and agree with asic? Will you admit that the numbers cannot be relied upon?

    asic has had success in many many other cases. You win some you lose some, its quite normal. But the fact they have so far a 2/2 record for prosecuting auditors is not good for you or GTs
