The most recent guidance I can see is that they are planning to maintain production at 4,100 to 4,400 boepd (about a month ago), so if they added 600 in the latest program without new guidance they are probably declining that much too.
Also, at current WTI prices and the very high WCS diff I see net operating cash flow of closer to $10m than $15m per quarter, and that's what they've needed in the past for capex, where net production has been basically at a standstill for the last 6 months - i.e. at current lower prices for WTI/WCS think they're ploughing almost everything they earn into maintaining steady production rates.
