We'll have to wait and see. I don't believe Minns is in as strong a position as the polls currently suggest. Perrottet is actually quite popular as far as premiers go, the Barilaro saga is hurting at the moment but people barely know who Minns is. Given you'd generally expect a swing back to the incumbent on election day I think Perrottet is currently the leading candidate. That could change if there are any more of the implosions that NSW LNP can't seem to resist doing to themselves lately.
