While I'm all for targeted immigration, Forged, one wonders how they will be accommodated, given the National, rental vacancy factor is circa 1.5% and the high price of purchasing a home will be beyond most; even for those with high skills. And how will our already over burdened infrastructure cope? One wonders if this untimely influx of people might lead to more problems than a shortage of staff, given housing availability within reasonable traveling distance to said employment is a key component that may not fit the lock. In addition to the above, supply chain issues are strangling the building sector, and potential demand from new home buyers/builders. Or do you and Sector not care provided immigration stabilizes or enhances property prices?
