Just give it time (I said ...then lower lows), it's been carefully and orderly sold down for the last 9 months, news and fundamentals don't help much in this market conditions. Whole sector is unloved, flight to safety is killing all small caps. I'm still waiting to see market puking and scared retail selling, VIX at 44 or higher. Nothing of these happened yet. 6 to 9 months or so. I would be more than happy to see it withholding these levels though.
