The company held initial discussions with representatives of the traditional owners to discuss the companys ntention to conduct exploration on the lease. Negotiations will be ongoing in 2010 andNuPower will continue to consider its priorities for Cobar II in the 2010 field season.

Over the quarter, NuPower completed 29 vertical and inclined percussion drill holes totalling 1359
meters of drilling. The work was supervised by a geological contractor and the drilling was completed
smoothly. NuPower is eagerly waiting on receipt of assay results, due early in the first quarter of 2010.
