Voluntarily or involuntarily? I agree with your negative sentiment, but I can't see us going into voluntary administration considering we're holding a GM for more capital. Perhaps those we owe will notice the technical insolvency on the FY22 balance sheet and call in their debts.
On a more positive note, I was thinking why SS and PP loaned the company cash instead of purchasing equity - perhaps they can't technically buy in at the moment due to upcoming material (hopefully positive) news in the near future.
