This has been playing this sort of shenanigans for months. A trader comes in to buy from a low point, today, 19c. Pushing it up to 22c represents a rise of just under 16%. The ruse will only work if other traders can build a wall of demand higher up closer to his or her strike price, or better, push it higher. The trader then dumps into that demand, even if only making 1 or 2 cents. He or she waits for it to dump again, rinse, and repeat.
Remember this is a company on the verge of liquidation. There are no more CR marbles in the magic bag.
