Yes one of the topics i never come across recently doing some stt knowledge library stuff .

Two stocks in the stt show and shine review stocks now are under buybacks . I think this important to understand for the review stocks .

Effects on the the worlds of the witches and warlocks and the funny mentals .

One thing its different an so much contention of why they are done and how they are done ?

Lets say from best i can find the company has a broker who handles their affairs ie the buy the shares on behalf of the company .

The control then goes to the broker Though the broker is still only selling the shares on behalf the company the company would still an has many rules etc the company must abide by as in type of buy back ie on market off market .

The company has report this to share holders in some way during the process .

Why they are done? Well best my knowledge is the company believes they are undervalued .

Im new to it though always have seen them etc etc an aware just never inclined think about them to much till now .

Is possible is still way better than say a share consolidation an the metrics appeal as funny mentals make better sense because they change .

Take into account though an on market share buy back is given to a broker by the company . Its like a bag of lollies isn't it ?

Don't know if the directors would be bothered buying selling as retailer to through to the broker ?

That bit clouds my judgement/thinking in the process somewhat as a retailer .

Do they put a bot on it as rules have be obeyed but you have handed to the broker all responsibility to enact the fair trading mechanism's of the buy back an wants do well also for client .

Its so modern now the market in everything we do including companies to say if you did a buy back in the fifties or something if they had them even ?

Back then the state had their own exchanges and they didn't want relinquish them because of the brokerage money they made ?
Now you have a really mixed up jungle of modern technology trying keep up with rules an regulations in what's done in milli seconds of the market to a trade meeting the main exchange between two exchanges of all things as well .

The retailer is amongst this exchange of buyers sellers and volume . With all their details known on an exchange registry of the companies share holders . Data is big business an is getting faster an more intrusive as artificial intelligence is use in algorithms etc etc .

I read once it would put a lot lawyers out of action in time an the guvnuts use it as well in the tax office with data matching have done for years just using postal addresses an the electoral role .

Thats big speal so go at this weekend .

The good the bad the ugly of buy backs or anything as a retailers you want add .

If you have something to sell data is big business for all sorts of reasons .
