CJC73 I notice you hold stock but all your posts since you joined HC have only been on GMG and all critcal?
I agree they made some really bad decisions over the last few years with purchases at the top of the market and taking on more debt but if we all spend our time looking back we miss the potential in the future. By future I don't mean 6 months for GMG but 2 to 3 years. A lot of property stocks made the same mistakes with greed and debt and some are not here now.
Being an ex employee with stock and considering you see no near term upside when do you plan to sell and at what price would you wait for? You sound like you should just offload your holding and move on from your experience of GMG forever.
