I'm a bit late to the NAL maps party, but judging by the angle of the sun, what's showing up on Google Maps right now is in Winter, and at least 2021, or potentially a year earlier.

I have an aerial photography subscription through a mapping company and the latest pics I can get of NAL are from around January 2022. Check out the cars in the car park vs. Google Maps. And also look at the clean up they've done of old mining trucks to the south of the car park - they're going to need a bunch of new ones I guess.

You can see not much has happened in the quarry itself, which ain't surprising, because all the action is in the building. In fact, very little has happened out in the open - again, not surprising, because NAL is a open cut lithium pit and it won't take much to start digging the stuff out again.
