Butcherboy I don't know what you mean by a "price signal" nor do I pretend to know the state of your intelligence.
When I pay tax I like to have a broad understanding of what it will be used for eg Police force, army, hospitals, education...well you get the idea. Armed with this knowledge I can then judge if I am happy with the way my taxes are being spent and I can engage in entertaining debates on HC.
The nebulas ETS should come with a list of good things to fix not a manual on spin.
