It is terrific to see management who value a well put together presentation and who don't just throw together the average, boring and last minute power point presentations we sometimes see taken to conferences. Tony, you get top marks for:

(i) highlighting key points;
(ii) using uncluttered slides; and
(iii) beautiful graphic design - whoever your artist is deserves a pay rise!
