I didn't bother to find the price of Urals - all linked , the point is OP has declined markedly since the war and it's just a stupid statemtn to say russia is awash with cash . Stupid and dishonest . The cost of the war is mind boggling and this will be hurting russia badly financially , particularly with those foreign held currency reserves frozen and the loss of gas revenue . They could be selling more gas but the weaponisation is a cost too .
