    Just admin you are wrong. To claim Omniblend had Zero assets on acquisition is just factually incorrect and misleading. Your false statements may scare someone into selling at a huge loss here when they can hold on and possibly recoup much of their loss.

    And I share for a third time the Omniblend balance sheet on acquisition:
