BUYBACK BCN to reduce SOI, page-15

This consolidation question was raised in an audio interview a year or so back, apparently it was put to a vote a while back and failed miserably and that the appitite for a consolidation was not there for shareholders.

Can anyone point me to a case where a consolidation has been GOOD for a companies SP ... (people that are calling for it?) I have only been part of stocks crashing and burning post consolidation)... its not a fix for a poorly performing SP - if you google it i read its often done for Management to save face after years of raises and SOI blowing out making the executive team look bad.. not the case here, suggest management are doing fine and altering the share ratio so we all have less is a complete waste of time and money.

If it was a good idea i suggest it would be done more often as a winning strategy, but please point me to the success stories of a company consolidation and shareholders winning.

Just waiting for a gold bull market, Aussie dollar looks poised to fall further and we are already at $2520 -- cost of production expenses look to be falling , we are in a good spot just sentiment isnt there as the majority are numpties focusing on the wrong thing as they do.
