Just in the process of turning three home grown pumpkins into pumpkin soup.
Using homemade chicken stock of course.
We did two last week and got 10 litres of soup. Froze most of it in recycled 1 lite yogurt containers.
Makes a great lunch on a cold day or light dinner if you get home late.
