I don't see a clear, derisked and profitable future for KSN, BC8 and FML
KSM is just a tailings project with a life of mine until early 2024. Sure there could be UG potential but let's see the JORC.
Their Misima project is in PNG is high risk. After the Pogera mine debacle with Marape eventually settling for 50% of the profit PNG.
is the riskiest mining investment precinct in the world. Of course WA is the best.
BC8 just deferred their best project Kal East, 2.1 g/t Au won't cut it in the current inflationary environment imo
FML has 2.6m oz Au but the grade is only 1.9g/t. Their Capex will be huge.
The future for Rox looks far more positive. It rests with their massive 2.2m oz Au @ 6.89 g/t.
IMO Rox will commence construction (not production) before H2 2024. Here are the reasons:
The plan is for a very low Capex quick to build starter mine that will probably comprise a small mill and a couple of short declines.
Simple, cheap, easy to finance and quick to build.
Hawkes Point will deliver technical expertise to the project just as they did with Capricorn.
The red tape of approvals and clearances that other juniors face to start a mine are non existent or already well progressed at Youanmi.
Major infrastructure such as the airstrip, gold room and village etc etc is already in place and upgraded.
Resource update, Scoping Study, Grace update and exploration results from Fisher Gold and the regionals to be announces this month.
