Yep, essentially, the Management team have identified the area's of weakness with APX and are working on a plan to address those deficiencies. The main issue has been their lack of customer diversity, they have been beholden to 5 tech giants for most of their revenue and profits. That is now changing as they seek new customers, particularly in China where business is growing strongly, albeit , from a low base.
For me, identifying the issues and developing a strategy to address them is important. If they can execute, the sky will be the limit for APX and brokers/naysayers will be waxing lyrical about what a great comany APX is again.
