Very good point re Patterson's. Broking houses absolutely serve their purpose when small caps need to raise funds but in CXY's case you would have to seriously question the use of the term 'sophisticated investors'.

I actually had to laugh when I received the voting pack to push the last financing through. From memory 80%+ of the so called sophisticated investors had taken placements of 200,000 shares or less, the majority of those below 100,000 ($8.2K max). To me that is no different from any average investor who wants to take a small position, yet these investors are considered priority?

Interesting to note your post was downgraded from 4 thumbs up to 2, possibly not on Patterson's hamper or even christmas card list?
