that and the likely new acland approvals, new acland increases its annual output from 10MTPA(bengalla= nsw) to 16MTPA a 60% increase in cash flow. at say $200-250 prices thats over 1-1.5 bil in cash flow extra, NHC's market cap is only 4.2 bil.
