The letter was addressed to Mr Neil Biddle, not TNG, so any reply ought to come from Mr Biddle, not the company.

But why would Biddle or the company reply? It's not in either of their interests to reply to the open letter, and I'm sure GW knows that - his aim was to get the letter out in the public domain. If the vote goes the incumbents' way in a couple of weeks, the questions are somewhat moot and the letter will just be ignored. If the vote goes against the incumbents then Biddle will make a decision to contest the legality of resolution 5 or not - and still ignore the letter.

I'd be very surprised if either Biddle or the company even acknowledges the letter, much less responds to it.
