The above is interesting as coincidentally they are all in multiples of $25K which is the same amount paid for Convertible Notes but they do not appear to be issued as part of any CN redeemed.

So they raised capital for 3 years, then mercessly destroyed 90 percent of the value of that & now they're starting the process all over again, expanding the capital from the new 200 million share base.
