As the company has written so in a formal ASX announcement I think you may safely conclude that it is correct. I do not see any reason for anyone to consider that there are any "corporate shenanigans" involved. The company commence paying dividends in a prudent manner when it felt that there was adequate free cash to do so and this is a continuation of that arrangement. A number of shareholders have previously posted wondering when they could expect a further dividend. It seems churlish to question it when it is declared.
