Which ever party you think is better (I am still on the fence) one thing should stand out is why havent they just given Drake a seat on the board already, they dont need to wait for an EGM or AGM to put someone on the board. As a 20% holder it's a reasonable ask to be given a seat (whether thats good or bad).
So as much as I personally would like to know more of what Drake has in store for the future I would also like to know WHY such resistance to having Drake on the board. It doesnt make sense at all unless there is something to hide IMO. Other company's put large shareholders on their boards (ADO as an example a few years back). So I am definitely questioning WHY they have not already put someone from Drake there.
One thing I know for sure is investors like myself are really just treated like Mushrooms (not that this is limited to this company).
As much as I love to eat mushrooms I do not wish to be one
