You say that 95% of retail investors are against PB. I wish that was true. I have had to convince a number of shareholders to vote for change. They don't follow HC and see the asx announcements as slow and steady progress.
Furthermore TNG is just another speccie in their Resources portfolio. What I believe is that there will be a significant number of investors with relatively small holdings that will simply not vote. I have been guilty of this with 2 of my holdings in Africa.
The key is the intention of our German and Indian investors. Their letters of support seem slanted to the project rather than management. Voting for change would be excellent , abstaining almost as good. If the resolutions fail ,which I don't think they will, I don't see the sp crashing, just more of the same.
Sub 10c trading range and more cash raising to keep an expanded BoD in clover as we limp along to production or a low ball takeover. Passing the resolutions however will see a steadily increasing sp ,more investors coming on to the register and a much greater media presence.
I presume James Aitkin coming into the Top 20 with his 7 million shares is a result of Elizabeth Hensons appointment.
Obviously with Biddle's appointment PB and JE intend to go down fighting which is to the Company's detriment.
Looking ahead positively ,as we enter the Xmas season we should have new management and BoD and a sp that reflects the Company's exciting potential.
